Beyond Disappointed in U2
I traveled to see Jane Remover from Washington DC to Birmingham AL so I was really excited about the concert. Unfortunately, the show was a major disappointment. Jane Remover did not play anything from The Joshua Tree, which is why I traveled so far to see them. The music they did play was often not good and way too loud. However, there were some good parts to the show. Vertigo, Pride, and One were awesome but it was not enough to save the night. The sad part is the show could have been great by just substituting 3 Joshua Tree songs (I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For; With or Without You; Where the Streets Have no Name) for some of their newer stuff. Some good parts to the show were Vertigo, Pride and One, but it was not enough to save the night. If I knew ahead of time what Jane Remover was planning on playing, I never would have bought the tickets.
